Doppler Unit LDL-2 Proctoscope

Thanks to its functional and wider working window, it is compatible with different techniques. LDL-2 provides a wider working window and wider inner diameter that allow for a deep ligation (not limited to 8mm), which is considerably higher than other conventional Doppler supported proctoscopes.

 

 

 

The removable upper part of the proctoscope allows it to be compatible with laser applications.

 

 

 

 

The wider inner diameter of 34/35mm allows surgeon to work with dual instruments and to manipulate easily.

LDL-2 Proctoscope; It has a transparent structure and has a working window throughout its body. This window is specially designed for access to the rectal surface. The body of the proctoscope has a built-in Doppler sensor. This sensor positioned at an angle of 13° to the working window. Thanks to this angle and integrated LED lights, the proctoscope allows safe and easy arterial detection. LED lights are positioned parallel to the work window. It provides a much clearer working area in this way.

Multi Mode

System works with two types of ultrasound modes which are Continuous Wave (CW) and Pulsed Wave (PW); it also offers two different display modes of the reflected ultrasound signal.
(Spectral - CW/ PW and Color Mapping - M veya M + PW).

CW MOD

It easily reports the approximate location of the targeted artery by sound and image due to its ease of operation or similarity with the systems commonly used in the market. The handle is used to rotate the proctoscope clockwise so that the correct position of the artery can be determined. It should exactly match the round clock display on the probe and system display.

PW MOD

System allows precise determination of artery depth after initial determination of the location of the artery in CW Mode. PW Mode allows to find the viewing depth using the pedal (by moving the view bar up or down) by capturing the best signal suitable for the viewing depth.
The image on the screen reflects the graphic characteristic of the pulse wave typical for an artery or a vein. At this stage, the artery can be ligated through the working window depending on the detected depth.

M+PW MOD

This mode allows both simultaneous ``display`` of the depth of all vessels within range, and hearing the Doppler sound created by these vessels. It provides a blood flow diagram and image.

Procedure

System works with two types of ultrasound modes which are Continuous Wave (CW) and Pulsed Wave (PW); it also offers two different display modes of the reflected ultrasound signal.
(Spectral - CW/ PW and Color Mapping - M veya M + PW).

The detected position can be selected clockwise on the device or with the foot pedal.

For additional procedures, it can be marked by selecting the symbol of the operation with the text button on the device

Suture ligation process can be marked on the device or with a foot pedal.

Final report can be printed for the patient's file by pressing the printer button.
